What we need
We’re looking for VBA Developer who share the same drive to improve people’s lives through technology and design.
You’ll be working at the heart of top innovation projects for some of the most hyped industries at this moment. Together with our team, you’ll be helping us assume responsibility into various roles inside the team.
What you’ll do
- Existing Standard Reporting Management
- Understand existing repository of reports and support bug fixing and enhancement implementation
- Support automation & optimization of complex reports production and distribution (reduce manual tasks, avoid production errors)
- Support complex report enhancement
- Maintain, develop, troubleshoot, test and implement efficient and maintainable VBA code logic for existing and new excel packs.
- Produce clean and understandable VBA code to be easily understood and picked up by other contributors
- Determine if there is a viable VBA solution for a specific business need and make VBA modifications
- Produce clear and concise instructions for the functionalities introduced through his/her developed code for the Reporting team in India
- Investigate and resolve reported code defects with speed and agility
- Build over time a deep understanding of the Workforce Management tools, metrics and processes which impact reporting packs
- New Strategic Analysis & Development
- Develop new analyses to support new business needs
- Identify and support the implementation of automation where possible
What will help you succeed
- 5+ years experience in a large multinational company
- 3-5 years Advanced VBA proficiency and appropriate skills for developing reporting packs in the MS Office Suite using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- 3+ years of improving, running and troubleshooting existing VBA code
- Proficient in understanding, debugging, iterating through complex excel formulas
- Knowledge about userforms is a plus
- Knowledge about structural programming and available VBA OOP concepts is a plus
- VBA outlook experience
- Exposure to data and processes specific to HR / Workforce Management is a strong plus
- Available for hybrid work, willing to come to our locations (Bucuresti, Brasov, Timisoara or Cluj)
